Does anyone have information on changing the front blinkers from orange to clear, or is this impossible to do without splitting the headlight casing open?

If you're talking about the amber lens inside the headlight housing, yes it would have to come apart. Is anyone even making a clear replacement? Your best bet would probably be to try getting your hands on a set of complete export headlamp assemblies.
