Evap system clog?

Ok. So I don't post on here often. I have a 2006 Gt with a Kenne Bell supercharger. I have been having some kind of evap problem. I can't fill up my gas tank. When I go to get gas it will give me around a half tank and cut off like its full. If I pump it very very slowly I can Gil it up but it takes a long time. Aside from that my check gas cap light keeps popping on, pulling the code p0457. I have checked the gas cap and seal. It is the factory gas cap and the seal is fine. I'm thinking that somewhere in my evap system is clogged somewhere and not letting it vent like it should. That being said I know nothing about the evap system and any help would be appreciated. Not exactly sure where to look.

Here's a good read up on it. Apparently a lot of s197 guys have this issue. If you could monitor the voltage of the fuel tank pressure sensor then you could get find out if it's EVAP parts related or just the bad design of the filler neck
