Exhaust leak at mufflers on H Pipe - whats easiest way to fix tight?

Clamps? Welds? Need cheapest easiest method.

If the leak is occurring at a weld point (not from gasket or tube connection), a local exhaust shop should be able to reweld it for next to nothing!
