-car was garaged (but there IS the expected amount of surface rust; no pitting, and no rust on the swept surface)

I just want them gone: best offer takes 'em (its gotta at least cover the shipping, or I can drop them off almost anywhere between Dallas/ Austin/ San Antonio as I bounce around the area quite a bit).
