F/S 98 black cobra in MI

Up for sale is a black 98 cobra with all black leather interior. Car has 59,xxx miles on it and is great condition. It has been lowered about 2" and has 17x10.5 torque thrusts in the rear with 17x9 in front and tinted windows. Also has flowmaster catback and K&N filter as well as 3.90's in the rear with a aluminum girdle and subframe connectors. I will get some better pics up over the weekend. Are the graphics on the side painted on or can they be removed?

I wish I could remove them easily but they are painted on and I have found no one that can remove them without sanding and repainting.
