yes but didnt ask and wasnt told it was welded together untill paypal was sent and i didnt back out on the deal.. i wanted to keep my flowmasters, was hoping to bolt them in. i have yet to find a shop that wants to get involved in welding anything they dont sell or isnt factory . just seeing if there is any interest or ill end up cutting it up to work
