Someone might want to chime in but to my knowledge, the 03 and 01 irs setup is the same. I think that is why I couldn't post this in the terminator marketplace. Only terminator specific parts are allowed in there. I am 99% sure that it will fit. I'm in Woodstock GA.

Yes it should fit. I had an 03 Cobra bassani catback and it fit my 99 Cobra.
