So once I decide to throw a blower into the mix I'm going to change out my wheels to Forgestar F14's. I'm thinking 19x9.5 or 19x10 in front and 19x11 in the rear. My question is, what offsets would be ideal for this set up?

In terms of tires I'm thinking 275's up front and 305's in the rear.

Atleast with my f14s I didn't specify an offset. Forgestar has an offset they use and doesn't like to release the specs. I'm running 19x9 and 19x11 with a 275 front and 305 rear.

In my case that's what I did. Called the vendor and told him I needed f14s in 19x9 and 19x11 for a 2011 mustang and month or so later they showed up.

You should just up the size to 20's. There is a much better/cheaper tire selection. A memeber (digital_snyapse) has these on his car and it looks amazing!

Ya, I might step up to 20's. I actually sent him a PM yesterday on a different forum about these wheels. I'm not worried about the tire selection. I'm pretty set on Michelin Pilot Super Sports.

I got nitto invo's on mine and I like them. But the tire selection for 19 is kinda slim right now. I figure with ford putting them stock on the mustangs production should pick up some.

Will there be an issue with rubbing on lowered cars with a 305 tire?

By the time I order these wheels, I'll have Eibach coilovers so I'll have plenty of room for height adjustment.

Ya, the Invo's are my second choice.

If I decide on 20's then I'd go with 20x10 up front and 20x11 in the rear. Thoughts on this?

ive been trying to get a set of f14's 19 inch. The only reason why I didnt buy was because I wanted 19x9.5 or 19x10 fronts, but they said they couldnt do it.

I really love the looks of the wheel itself, but then I changed my mind to silver rtr's because my 5.0 is a daily driver/cross country touring car, so I could use the cheap tires and non-staggered set up.

Why weren't they able to do 19x9.5 or 19x10 up front? The RTR's are 19x9.5 with a 33mm offset I believe and I haven't heard of anyone having a problem. Did you contact Forgestar directly or did you talk to a dealer?

I'm wanting to do 19x9.5F and 19x11R. Finally made up my mind......

I talked to them directly and they said that it wouldnt fit, word for word from my email:

"I was the person who spoke with you before and the reason you cannot do 19x9.5 front and rear is because your vehicle requires a high offset that we cannot get with the 19x9.5 F14. I don't know if I asked but if you have the Brembo package you definitely will have fitment issues.

So would doing 19x10F and 19x11R work?

I emailed the tech guys at Forgestar. I really don't want to have to use a 9" up front. My tires would be tiny. 255/35/19. When I buy these wheels I'm going to have a Procharger system installed so I'm hoping I can get the 10's up front so I can use larger tires. I really don't want a huge staggered difference in size between the fronts and rears. With the 10's up front and the 11's in the rear, I could do 275's and 305's with no problem.

We'll see what their tech guys say and I'll let you all know.

You can run a 275 on a 9 inch wheel. That's what I have on front of mine.
