A friend of mine and I had a discussion about modifying the PCV system and not using a catch can. Since the F150 Ecoboost PCV has a check valve in it from what I understand, would it be an upgrade for our cars? Has anyone done this yet?

What do ya think a PCV valve is? it's just a check valve. For a little help here, just buy the GT500 valve and cut the heater plug in off. Costs under $20 and does help a bit.
