Faded Satin Black Wheels

What's the best method or product I can use to bring the wheels back to life? I've only used Meguiars All wheel cleaner when washing and Poorboys wheel sealant a couple times so I'm not sure what caused this. Wheels are Satin Black HREs that are maybe 4 years old. I'll post a picture tonight when I get home.

There is probably nothing you can do as they are a flat finish. I would recommend getting them powder coated. Most places charge around $500 or less to powder coat four wheels.
