You guys should've heard the local radio guys interviewing residents from South Boston today. A lot of the local residents never wanted him to be caught. The ones that have lived in South Boston for years kinda looked at him like a hero. He's was the guy everyone looked up to. It's pretty sad that people actually feel that way, instead of for what he really was. He murdered at least 19 people, and deserves to rot in jail.

Too bad the "lucky SOB" will spend the rest of his/her life and the 2 mil hiding from the people that support Bulger.

Not sure if the guy still has much influence but to be able to hide for that many years he needed a lot of loyal support.
