If the dealer orders the car with the 153 license plate bracket it will come mounted on the car in the case of the fiesta st. If you want one without the bracket, tell your dealer not to order the 153 bracket at all and it will come without it. We order most all of our inventory with 153 and the brackets come in the trunk with the exception of the fiesta st which comes premounted.

Came from the factory like that man...wasn't about to wait another month or two for another one to come in. Plus, at the end of the day its a damn economy car lol.
you have to order 153 to get the bracket. and now we have web based ordering with no more codes, its all build n pricey. we have to order a plate bracket in CT as its a state requirement, otherwise the order wont go thru. and as has been said many times, usually it comes in the trunk but on the st they have been coming pre bolted.
