I did not notice it until after probably 300 miles of driving. It's like a very slight tick under light acceleration at low rpm only. It sounds like an exhaust manifold leak to me, it just seems strange that a car this new that hasn't been messed with would have a leak there. It is not "the tick" that everyone always talks about.
