Firewall Adjuster & Quadrant

I'm getting a Steeda quick release quadrant from a local friend and can get a BBK firewall adjuster for pretty cheap through a distributor we deal will at me work.

Will these work good together? I'm running the stock clutch.

Also should I run the stock cable or aftermarket?

use the stock cable, bbk will work but fiore is the best

Will this make the pedal harder to push down?

Does it look like the install is the same as the other brands? Just wondering because it mentions to take off the large rubber isolator on the end of the cable but says nothing about the plastic piece with the two hooks on it. (step 4)
