First run I got locked out and ended up just coasting through the traps. I am car 131.

Second run was a lot better.

And third and final run was the fastest I have ever ran in the 1/4.

Tires for now are Nitto Invo's 295-35-20's. I am going to run Nitto NT05 next time. I am running the Blowfish bracket with a Steeda short throw. I had a blast.

I forgot to mention I met another SVT member at the track but I hate to say it but I forgot his name. He was however driving a '14 GHIG nice guy.

Nice run! It's a ball going back after so many years. You definitely have more there. Back in '12 I took my bone stock including tires '12 GT to the track. Been a long time for me too. Four runs. Best one was 12.93 @ 110mph. You are trapping faster so you will definitely get into the 12's.

It's funny some of the old school guys don't know how fast the newer cars are. I had a guy come up to me and start shooting the shit. He was younger than me (I'm 55) but still an old school guy with a '68 Chevelle. Later he saw me in the staging lanes and asked what my car ran. Told him the 12.93 @110. He just stood back, said damn as he was looking at my skinny back tires.

Have fun!!
