Fog lights not working properly?

So I usually only drive my car on the weekends, during the day, and when the weather permits it... and being in VA it's usually not driven for 4-5 months given the occasional nice day.

Well tomorrow it's supposed to be sunny and decent for March, so I start it up and do a walk around just because I'm weird like that. I noticed my fogs weren't on, so I turned my headlights off and on a few times along with the foglights and still nothing... I turn just the drive lights on and they work? I turned the hi's on and off, everything, they only work when the driving lights are on...

Am I losing voltage somewhere? Is my battery or alternator bad?

Mine work with the drive lights on. Did you hit the button above the shifter bezel for the fogs?

I always have it in the on position. What's weird is after driving it for a while they work just fine. Only at first startup is when they don't work.

Leaving me to believe it's electrical.

Mine only work with at least my parking lights on... I can never run fogs only.

Miss read your post. I am pretty sure the parking lights have to be on.
