This tuner provides canned tunes for all Lightnings, 1999-2003, and lots of other Ford Trucks, too. I used it on both my 1997 F150 4.6l and my 2002 Lightning.
On the Lightning, it provides a tune for lightly modded trucks and also has a tune for a 4 lb pulley. Used it for 6 yrs and it added a definite kick and was a safe tune. Check out specific applications on the SuperChips site.
