I think these would sell well if ford imported them, but might compete with the mustang market too much. Plus it would make a better family car since it has more back seat room, which is a good selling point for the wife.

Yeah they have been down under for years...the exchange rate would make them super expensive new. They are already over 70k AUD..us they would be all that and then some.

I actually wrote an email to ford back in 2008 suggesting this. They sent me back a generic "thanks for your support." Reply.
