I'm thinking about purchasing Ford's PremiumCARE extended service plan for my '14 GT500. Should I go to my local dealer and purchase this, or is the best price found on Ford's Extended Service Plan website? Thanks, E

As long as your car is still covered by the 3yr 36,000 mile factory warranty you can still buy the ESP plan from Ford. The best prices are at Flood Ford.

Thanks guys! The price I was quoted by the dealer was much higher than Flood Auto Group.
dam i just checked flood's prices and found them to be high. i went with lomdari ford they were a few hundred cheaper.

I got mine from my dealer. I have used Ziegler ford in the past but when I bought my 15 Escape I was very happy with the deal and the sales guy I spent the extra 200 and went with the dealer. I used their internet to look up internet prices and they came down considerably. It was the first time I have walked away with a new vehicle without having to spend way too much time and feeling like I got screwed in the end
Interesting. No such dealer as "lomdari ford" found, but there is a "Lombard Ford" offering Ford ESP deals.
I'm not sure how their "promotional discount code via email" works, since I don't want to sign-up for inevitable spamming. Using a notional (2014 MY, under original warranty, 18K miles, 6yr/48K mile PremiumCARE coverage w/$0 deductible) I was quoted $1084 by Lombard and $740 by Flood. I did not compare every plan/option, so YMMV. For my test case, however, Lombard was more expensive than Flood across the board. See attached screenshots for additional details...

The promotional button sends you a coupon code for $190ish off and that is the only email they will send you, they will not spam you. I am about to purchase mine in the coming week.

My '14 is coming up on 3 years. If I'm going to do it, now is the time. Compared Flood and Lombardi this morning. Compared 6 year Premium Plans, 36,000 miles, $ 50.00 Deductible. Will give me an extra 3 years.

They do not do cars out of bumper to bumper warranty, mine just ran out.

What's your location (state)? That's the only variable of which I can think that might be causing the discrepancy. (My quotes are based on living in CO.)
Correct. Being out of original warranty definitely limits your options.
