Every week I will drop prices until this stuff is gone. I've switched from the 4.6 platform to the Coyote platform so all my 4.6 stuff is for sale. I can combine things to save on shipping or make you a package deal. Please ask if you need any 4.6 engine parts. Intake is gone.

Engine was making about 365/355 RWHP/RWTQ with C-heads and an 01 Cobra intake. Engine has been disassembled and is being parted out. Engine has about 20 hours on it since rebuild.

1. FORGED Short block includes: 96 Cobra aluminum block and oem crank, forged rods and pistons, oil pump with steel gears, Canton steel road race sumped and baffled oil pan. Includes windage tray. $2200

2. Good 04 COBRA C-heads: NO cams, one is assembled (valves, springs, locks), one is disassembled. All cam caps are included. I will include the valves, springs, etc to complete the package. $500 pics below.

4. damaged C-head. has cracks below a couple of the cam journals. No cams. No parts with it but the cam caps. Some grindage in a few of the journals. I don't know if this can be fixed. $50 pics below.

Details on the shortblock? Brand/style of rods? Piston specs?

Unfortunately, I don't have part numbers or specs on the pistons and rods. You can see what I paid for them in the attached invoice. I know the compression is near stock. The rotating assembly is stout. I'm not going to lie or guess and tell you something I can't verify. I know I ran it hard for several years on track and never gave me any issues. I can send you dyno videos, dyno sheets, track videos, lap times, and test data (tire temps, pressures) but I never asked for part numbers when they built it. I shifted at 7200 rpm and never had an issue with the bottom end.
I swapped to the 5.0 to gain torque. If I don't sell it in the next week, I will probably put it on an engine stand and pull the oil pan off so I can try to get some more pics. I don't know if that will help at all. I am not going to disassemble the bottom end.
I cleaned off the top of one piston and found "1239 020" stamped (etched?) into it. Does that mean anything to you? 020 is likely 20 thousandths overbore.

How much material was taken off the heads from millwork?

I don't know exactly. Minor port work was done just to clean things up. I didn't ask for anything radical. Bowl blend was term, IIRC. I was making too much power for my class so I ended up detuning.
