This is fresh from the machine shop. just now opened the shrink wrap. Not run since having the block bored .020. You can see the cross hatch is perfect in the cylinders. The forged CP pistons, cobra forged crank and Manley h beam rods had very little use on them prior to being put in the aluminum block and balanced. ARP everything including side, main and rod bolts. 9.5:1 compression with 4v heads. Rings gapped for boost. Will easily handle 900-1000hp applications
Only “negative” notes (if you can call them that) are that the block itself is bare and I’d recommend painting it if you want show quality. And a couple of the timing cover holes have been timeserted.
With that said a built Teksid shortblock $3k or under is a steal. My price is firm and shipping/freight falls on the buyer
