Forgery/Fraud: need advice...

thanks for all the suggestions guys. this is the first time i have ever had to do something like this ive never even been in a court room. what kind of attorney am i looking for? its possible the lein holder could decide the contract is null and void and i am okay with that. I want the others who have been victims of this to find out (assuming there are others). i just hope that the police investigations goes well and the find the others they have screwed. thanks again

It is a policy that pays the loan if the borrower becomes disabled during the course of the loan and cant repay it.


Dealers push this for the premium fee. When I was in auto finance, we had many contracts we serviced with add-on's financed but the premiums were never paid to the provider, amounting to theft by the dealer. "Oops", we'll take care of that right away. Good luck OP.
