Found out why my rear end had a metal on metal squeal
I posted about the metal on metal LOUD squealing after I had a new rear diff and drive shaft put in this week. It only happened in reverse and sounded horrible. Turns out the anti rattle clip on my rear brake pad cracked and was rubbing my rotor and turned out to be an easy fix. The SVT tech didn't know why it only did it in reverse and the rotor was undamaged luckily. Just thought I'd post this in case it happens to any of you guys.:thumbsup:
