FPDM wire upgrade for 99-04 GT?

Hi, do you have any instructions for the FPDM wiring upgrade for 99-04 gt's? Apparently the gt's wires are different colors than the cobra. Also do you guys recommend upgrading the wire from the fpdm to the tank hat? or is it sufficient to just run new wire from under the hood to the FPDM?

The main concern is the power wire from the battery to the fpdm. However, you can lower the duty cycle even further by upgrading the grounds and the power wire from the fpdm to the fuel hat. Its up to you.

The wire for the GT/MAch-1's are pink/black where the 03-04 cobras use the green/yellow wire.
