Actually, I just put some '01+ headlights on and they look so much better. Nice and clear and black on the inside wherever there isn't a reflector. Got them from Steve @ Tousley $70 each + shipping. I should have done this a long time ago. Just wanted to let anyone w/a '99 know that if your headlights are hazy it's not too much cash to just get some new Ford headlights. Then you don't have to worry about sealing the cheap eBay headlights.
