I noticed this noise earlier today on my way home with the windows up and the radio off. Here's a small clip. It's the high'ish pitched noise, ignore the clicking.

It sounds like the rear brakes are rubbing, pulling the e-brake up slightly doesn't affect the sound. Brakes ruled out.
Could be the fuel pumps, so I cut the key off when I had a long straight, still there.
No noise when I'm not moving. I saw another thread about this, and it was narrowed down to the carrier bearings.
Does anyone have anymore knowledge on this issue? Seems like the Track Pack rear end's aren't very friendly. My friend's 2011 Kona went through 2 rear end's and 1 transmission.
Is the dealer my best bet?
