Friendly Run/Question....

Ok a friend of mine has a stock C5, and I am running an 04' GT with just my mods listed below. Can I hang with the C5, get dusted by it? I consider myself a fairly decent driver. Or would I need a few more mods like 3.73's or what have you? Thanks guys for the input.

Oops forgot he has an auto and I have the manual.

Man, Im going to have to go with the C5. Even an auto with a good driver will go low to mid 13s. Key words being good driver. ;-)

You will lose unless he hits a telephone pole. He has an auto.... so he cant completly suck... as long as he has enough leg strength to push the pedal to the floor.

Honestly... it wont even be close, racing him would probably lower your self-esteem.

To hang... you probably need... 4.10's, full exhuast (just the catback isnt enough, need LT's) and a little more... Basically you need full bolt-on's and youll have yourself a good race.
