Front end noise

Car makes noise after about 20 minutes of driving.
like a squeky,squill, seem like it only makes the noise
when i slow down for a stop low mph, pretty loud too!
when i push the brake on the noise goes away.
so i put new rotaters and pads on the front, did not help!
i think is coming from the front, i wonder if it could be the wheel bearing?
Does anybody think the wheel bearing would only make nosie at low mph
and have the noise go away when the brake is applied??
any thoughts?

i had my buddy drive car so i could stick my head out the window like a dog! LOL
the noise is from rear, not front.
both rear calpiers are leaking, so now i do rear brakes,
