FS: 2007 Cadillac STS-V, 84k, mildly modified, immaculate

2007 Cadillac STS-V
84K miles
Black/Black

If you are not familiar with these cars, they come with a 4.4L hand built supercharged northstar V8. They basically put every bell and whistle into these cars that were available when they were built.
These were almost $80k brand new.
Factory 469 crank HP, 439 TQ
There were only 2500 of these in total, 642 made in 2007.

Options:
Way to much to list, please see full list of features and options here:
http://www.edmunds.com/cadillac/sts-v/2007/st-100758725/features-specs/

Mods:
Spectre stage 1 and 2 intake
Corsa axleback exhuast
Lloyds floor mats
Suede V shiftknob
New brakes with crossdrilled rotors
Newly powdercoated competition gray wheels
Newer front tires (@5000 miles) 255/45/18 Continental Extreme Contact DWS
New rear tires (@1000 miles) 275/40/19 Continental Extreme Contact DWS

Condition:

Exterior- One ding that I have found on passenger rear door.
There are small spider marks in clear coat on both rockers a few inches long. It took me washing the car three times before these hit the right sunlight angle to see, thats how hard they are to pick out.

Interior- Nothing I can think of.

Wheels and tires- all practically new, no rash, nothing.

Everything on the car works as it should, it needs ABSOLUTELY nothing.
Car is not the fastest thing in the world compared to my previous vehicles but it does everything very well, in complete comfort, and people constantly stare and want to stop and talk about it.

Location: Southern NJ 08075

Price: $17400, bottom line

NADA puts it at just over $20k (for possible loan value inquiries)

I'm interested. Seems like you know a bit too. Have you had any problems? How long have the mods been on it?

Been looking for lower miles tbh, but will consider it if it's right. I prefer these over a Cts its a shame they aren't fully manual.

Has the north star given you any trouble at all? Are you the original owner?

Thanks for your time.

I have not had a single issue. Mods were done by previous owner , maybe 1000 miles before I bought it. Was an older guy who (amazingly) was more meticulous than I am....
I believe I am 3rd, maybe 4th total owner overall.
The car is solid, in great shape, and pretty rare.....only reason I am selling is to try to get something I won't feel bad driving year round in our crappy weather.....this is too nice.

Want to get into something more winter friendly soon, someone take advantage, this is cheap for the condition this car is in along with the modifications.

Also, recall work just completed on this car for fuel pump module replacement, something new owner will not have to worry about, along with fresh oil change last week.
