Yes you would need a tune that shuts off your rear 02's due to no cats.

This exhaust is pretty loud but i do not believe there is any scratches or dents this was not on the car very long. You don't NEED a tune but in order to get rid of the check engine light you would need a tune. I can take better pictures of the mufflers maybe later tonight as the exhaust is not at my home but at my warehouse across town.
