I don't give a chit if you know him or not, if you have 3 people interested for the same price in a for sale thread. It should go to the first person, not the third.

Nothing shady here. They had the oppurtunity for at least a day or two (cause the seller mentioned he was waiting on a response) and after that I sent payment. Done deal. Who are you anyway? The transaction police?
