Can these be used on the back of the block or only in the manifold? Thinking the manifold hole is smaller. Can you post OD, ID and threading? Is this Cobra engineering kit?

I have only used them in the heads. I can't answer that. I will get exact as soon as I can.

They should. I have not personally tried it but that's exactly what I was going to do.
If you want 3 I will do 55.

They will fit in the COT openings. Both front and rear openings are 1-1/4"
