There is a small mark above the rear fender from the previous owner and the front bumper has two small spots from the previous owner as well. I will take pictures of those spots. Exterior is 8/10 due to those issues and the interior is a 9/10. <strong><span style="color: #FF0000">$19,000 bottom dollar, $17k if you bring your own wheels </span>.</strong> You can have a low mile FULLY built car capable of 8s or 9s for literally half of what it would take to build this car.
