I'd say either clear lens, or light smoked (as seen in post 18). With either the chrome bezel or black depending on the look you'd like to achieve.

Okay bud, Now please keep in mind this with done with just spare peices i had laying around and fitment isnt exact.

Also, its very hard to get a descent photo of the blacked out,light smoked lenses. (as you will see)

They sure are, im growing a bit fond of them.

An attempt to catch "color flicker". As your driving with projector headlights the lens refracts the light in a way it displays multiple colors at the cut off when coming into view of the eye. So as your approacing cars and you hit a bump, if the cutoff manages to make into their eyes, this is what they would see.

Looking forward to hearing from ya. Whats nice about the Lightning housing vs mustang housing. Its larger so you'd have a greater shroud selection.

Default Retrofit Follow-up - 2 Months In
Hey,

Just wanted to let you know the retros are still going strong. It's been raining it's ass off here for the past 36 hrs. No fogging/leaking.

I get compliments on them all the time. Definitely one of my favorite mods.
