Who did the widening on them? Was there material added to the barrel to the inside of the car only, or was material added to the hub also to keep the factory offset?

does anyone have a pic with widened wheels on the car? with the small amount of clearance from the inside of the tire to the tailpipes that there is now with the stock wheels, Im wondering how these would fit at all?
Then thats not quite the "whole" story then is it when answering the question of they'll fit? Id love the look but I want my tailpipes.
