Well, as all of you know, fuel is tough to come by right now. My cobra is my daily driver and it is impossible to find premium fuel anywhere close to my area. I was wondering, will it be okay to run 87 octane as long as I drive conservatively and stay out of boost? For those of you that are in the same predicament, what are you doing?

Well for now I am driving my F350 deisel but if I were you I would call around and find some VP fuel and mix it, then you should be better than good.
I found its better to go looking around 1 to 3 in the afternoon if you can but weekends and mornings/evenings suck !!
Carquest sells it and I think there is a station in crabapple that does to.

I been filling up with av gas. Its about 1$ more than super and 108 octane. Long as your not running cats. Smells good to.

My car has been in my garage the past few days. I finally found 93 today and ran home and got the Cobra to fill her up. I waited for over 1hr and paid $4.79 a gallon.... I hope this fuel issue gets resolved by the time she gets hungry again.

Where can you find av gas?
