I hooked up a fuel pressure gauge and possible having problems. I ran the engine and I have pressure around 38-40lbs which is normal. When I turn the engine off w/key on the pressure bleeds down. When I try and start the engine again it takes a min to restart. So my real question is should the pressure in the fuel rail stay pressurized?
