Fuel Pump

Could somebody please explain to me how I can access ny fuel pump on a 05 Mustang GT please.

Pull the bottom of the back seat up.

Yeah, I have already done that but I don't see the access panel that exposes the fuel pump.

On the driver's side, there is a round black cover about 6" in diameter. Remove that cover. The pump is under the cover in the top of the tank.
