p0462 fuel levela ck t low input. thats the code I am getting for me check engine light. We took out the fuel return set up and everything looks good. What is making my needle on the fuel gauge go past the E and triguring the low fuel light to come on along with the check engine light. Could it be the float? We replaced the stock fuel pump with the gt 40 pump. This was done for the procharger that was added to my 2004 mach 1.

Your float may have gotten bent during the reinstallation? I have GT pumps in a Cobra tank and I have not had this problem.
