FYI: U may need spacers with 295/35-18 Toyos

I installed my new toyo/AFS combo (18x9 275/35 & 18x10.5 w/295/35)
& found that the driver's side rear tire hits the IRS bolt. I ordered 1/4" MM spacers
as it looks like that's all I need. I will let you all know if it fixes the problem.

I only mention this because some on SVT got away with no spacers with the same set-up & want to let you know it depends on the car.

BTW: the 295 tires are not wide enough to protect the rim lip from
scratches or hitting the ground when you lay the wheels down. The side
walls look good and square, not rounded like the stockers looked. I will have to be careful with curbs.

I just bought the same set up rims and next week I was planning on ordering the same set up toyos. let me know how it turns out using spacers and post some picks.

will do...the et lugs I bouight and the spacer still have'nt arrived :cuss:
