Does anybody make a color-matched full length replacement?

I think Autometer's requires painting?

I believe you'll just have to paint it (paint it to match your interior/have read that Ford offers interior spray paint cans) as Autometer full-length pod only comes in black (?)...

Why not just get the short pod that attaches in the middle with adhesive tape (I think). Aren't those pods made in the same color?

I didn't paint mine either for the same reason.
