My next upgrade is a gear.
just wondering if my gear is stock now?
at 70 mph looks like 2600 rpm
i have 295-45-17 tire size

I don't think so.... I'm on stock gears and at 70 I'm at 2100. Jack the rear of the car up, block front wheels so car can't roll , Mark the driveshaft on the bottom and a mark on the rim ( use valve stem as a mark) than spin the wheel around 1 full rotation and count how many times the driveshaft spins around and there's your gear ratio !

with the info you provided, you currently have a 4.56 rear end gear if youre doing 2600rpm @ 70mph with a 295/45/17.

At 80mph I run 3k

possibly. if he meant 295/35 then OP has 4.10s, if he meant 295/45 then he has 4.56s.

My TIRE SIZE IS 295-45-17 m/t street drag
It is a tall tire, looks sweet, feels in the wheel well real nice.
and at 2600 rpm its 70 mph.
i didnt know what tansmisson to spec out for the axle ratio chart

thanks for the information, hard to belive a got a 4:56
i purchased the car couple years ago with really no mods done to it when i got it. just some crome part caps on engine , sub-frame connectors, short thru shiffter, alum. pedal covers. but you never know.

He's running t56 with a lower 6th gear. Ours is .67 the t56 is .62. With 456s on a t45 it would be 3200 at 75mph roughly
