No it wouldn't, but like I said it helps not cures.

After the judge had been denying the DNA testing multiple times, it's already a blessing he finally got the testing and got exonerated. On top of that he could have gotten exonerated and nothing else. :shrug:

but now that i think of it, i wonder how much he will get taxed on that.

He didnt get enough. It takes a really strong mind to be in jail for so many years and not kill yourself knowing you didnt do it, yet you are rotting in a jail cell.

That's all he got for 35 years? A whole 50k a year with no freedoms. Talk about getting ****ed. At least he was let go though.

I couldn't imagine what that poor man went through for the past 35 years knowing he was innocent.
