Getting new FR500 rims, 17x10.5 or 18x10??

Exactly what the title says. Not sure which size to get. Any pros or cons to each size or is just a matter of the looks?
I'd like to add that I don't want a bunch of issues with modifying the car just to get new rims on there. The 17x10.5 have a +28 offset and 6.8" backspace and the 18x10's have a +22 offset and 6.3" backspace. Those of you have been through this or has experience with aftermarket rims I'd love to know what works best. Anyone know what the stock 17x9 cobra rims have for an offset???? I plan to just use the same size tire 315/35/17 nittos.

Just my opinion but with that style of wheel you have to have 18s as far as looks go. If It's a 5 spoke then it's a little different. Are you going to be racing the car?

I may go to the strip for fun but won't be racing the car.

18's look great on the fr's...

17's look ok but i prefer stock over 17" fr's...

I say 18s if you are going with the FR500s, they will look way better than the 17s.

17" fr's looks stupid....go with 18's as they will fill out the wheel wells much better
