Getting noise from one of my pulleys

Just noticed today that one of the pulleys in my car is being noisy. Sounds as if it's coming from the blower. I have upper and lower pulley with a ported blower. Has anyone had an issue with their pulley or blower? The speed of the noise gets faster as rpms go up. I have a little over 7k miles on the car

Actually the noise seems to go away when u Rev it
