sold my 07 GT500 had a lot of fun in that car and it was the fastest thing I ever drove but know it's time for a new project.I'm looking at a 01 Lightning that has alot of mods done and most of the parts I would want.I'm looking for a stock look and a 11.5 et on a DR and maybe a high 10 in race mode, tune and race rims and tires.Don't want a cage that really sucked in my car.Well if and when this happens I'll keep you guy's posted and just wanted to say hello and let you know I'm moving from car back to truck.

There's a nice twin turbo truck in the Market section. My buddy's white 01 would be a good choice too. He's getting ready to pull the whipple off on Monday. You might want to contact him this weekend if it's something you might be interested in.

Good luck with your search.

Will tracks let you run faster than 11.5 without a roll bar?

Henry can drive we were at acto yesturday with his son's truck and went 12.40's at 109mph stock exhaust no convertor on drag radials. I tuned that truck when another guy owned it and it made nice power. I think the Henry mod is worth 2 tenths in any vehicle.

I traded in my 03 DSG lightning for a 08gt500. I voided my warranty on the gt500 so I traded it in on a tacoma 4x4. If I can find the right deal i'm getting back into another 03-04 Lightning.

Did you do something that you didnt expect to void your warranty?

He's referring to my white 01', it's everything your looking for. It's dropped stock hood/wheels and has a hard bedcover. The whipple was sold but you could pick one up and swap it back on easily and rather cheap(2000-2500$). Has every other component covered bts trans, jdm motor etc etc.

PM me if your interested.

I knew it would but the dealer I bought the car from said they were fine with bolt on's. After the tranny broke they said they had to call an SVT rep and he did it. I'm glad it happened when it did it paid 47K for the car and got 44K trade in with a broke tranny.
