Good look?

This was something I wanted to try on my corvette and just never got around to it,then could not bring myself to do it on the Shelby,so now that I had the chance I did it,BLACK BETTY pearl plastidip on roof, wheels,and mirrors , it came out good,I have got some very positive feedback on the streets,I know some people won't like it,but I like to be different.

What was your method for spraying the roof?

Needs a black betty pearl gt500 style wing in the back and a shorty antenna and then I think I'd dig the look. Looks like a good start, but something is missing IMO... I think it's the wing.

The GT 500 spoiler is part of the plan,just not executed yet,and a SS GEN 2 front splitter,and by spring some sort of FI!!!! Miss the extra 300 hp the shelby provided,lol

What was your method for spraying the roof?

It's plasti dip,sprayed from a hvlp turbine gun,4 coats of black pds ,and 3 coats of black betty pearl mixed it to clear top coat

See.. this is how you should and your 2 cents^^^^^^^ ,give an opinion and a reason why you feel that way. like I said in my first post in this thread, this look is not for everyone,and I like to be different,you can get the blacked out roof look right from the factory,so you might see 5 other cars with blacked out roofs,there is no right or wrong answer here,it either makes you say ,hmmm i like it or ah ....WTF is he thinking,and it is plastidip,so I can go right back to stock in about a half hour.
