well the reason for stopping the pull is the tuner said it made 25 more hp going from 6500 to 6800 do i want to go to 7000 rpm i said no torque seems low??

Seems about right but I would have pulled it hard for sure lol.. The tq on the 2.9's seem to be lower.. Maybe a 2-4# lower will bring it up??

i was to chicken lol so a mustang dyno compared to a dyno jet would be around 30hp?

No probably a lot more.. It depends on the load and how he has it setup but typically MD read 10-15& lower than dynojets.. You're probably sitting close to 700rwhp on a dynojet..

only way to see Dynojet numbers is to put it on a DJ. a MD has way too many variables to put a "percentage" on it.

I would have pulled till it started to fall off to see where my PEAK HP was

my motor is stock expect for the whipple and fuel system. what would cause the torque too be low? like i said its a 3.2 upper only.

My car made 706/611 on a mix of 91 octane and race gas. The torque numbers are usually a lot lower than the peak power on the 2.9's. For the guy making 730/700 your results are not the norm on most typical 2.9 cars i have seen on here and other sites.

Good numbers though OP. my 91 octane tune is a little over 650rwhp but i have ported heads and cams. With your E85 tune i would expect you to be around that much with a stock block.

a 3.2 upper should net you 18lbs on the hit and then climb to 20/21lbs at peak. all depending on what mods you have.

on e85 with stock compression you could ditch that 3.2 upper and run as low as a 2.9 upper. there is a lot of potential left with more boost on the corn as i made similar numbers on torco. also remember these bigger blowers dont make as much torque at lower boost levels.
