Well i when to get my first dyno tonight with my two brothers. It was a mustang dyno they said that could tell you what it would be on a dyno jet from that as well.

For the mustang dyno i was
HP 349.4 @6000
TQ 328.9 @4000

Dyno jet they said i would be
HP 393.9 @6000
TQ 360.5 @4750

Mods are Borla Stinger, MRT Catted H Pipe, and FIPK

Do these numbers seem right to you guys.

my two brothers numbers were
HP 425 (04 Z06)
HP 418 (02 Z06)
Mods are headers exhaust intake and tune.

It's pretty hard to accurately equate a Mustang Dyno with a Dynojet......really can just do a guestimate. I'd say the MD numbers were pretty good though.

I'd strongly disagree with those DynoJet numbers though! With a Steeda CAI and Borla CB my car laid down 428RWHP 405rwtp. and on the 2nd run laid down 427rwhp. 399rwtq. Never been on a MD.

2.81 pulley numbers were 471rwhp and 492rwtq. on a rwtd tune.

Hey man, just read a post by 97topless_snake from a while back. He laid down 404rwhp on a MD with an FIPK, magnaflow or Bassani X (I forgot) and Stingers.

That what i was thinking i have read a lot of people saying they were at about 425 with just CB and CAI. I think i am just going to take it to MD Motorsports and have it done of there dynojet. Also what is the weight of the car they had it as being 3700 is that right? Thanks

My mustang dyno numbers were 421hp, and 390 tq. But the dyno belt was slipping down low, and gave me low Tq numbers. My dynojet numbers were 441hp and 461tq. And yes this is two different dynos. Not ricer math. :) Also take into consideration that I had extreme heat soak on the dyno-jet with these numbers, and it should pick up about 15-20 if I was at normal running temps. This was after 3 consecutive runs, and with the throttle getting stuck on the first run and me bouncing off of the limiter for 7.3 seconds. (it's on vid) :)

It is doubtfull you'll make 425rwhp with just a CB and CAI. Not without a tune. Expect 410-415 on the average.

I was at 406hp\367trq with FIPK, Stingers, Prochamber. A/F was lean at about 12.7--12.3 above 5000 rpms. I was very dissapointed since my numbers didn't seem to fit in with others.

Your Mustang Dyno numbers are right in the ball park for what they are seeing here with similar mods. I don't think you have anything to worry about. If you are really curious, go try a Dynojet and compare!

Those Z06 numbers are VERY impressive on a Mustang dyno!
