The "rowbar protection" was put only on the Special Addition cars so you could float it over a river if the need should arise. 525 horses can't swim that well, so you need this extra protection just in case the bridge is washed out. Don't want to be up the creek without a paddle.

Damn - Special Edition, hand signature, galloping horses graphic (in case you didn't get the rice theme) and 525hp plus not one shot of the engine. All at the great price of 30K! Halve that to 15K, someone will need 5k just to fix it.
